Charter Oak Pass

The Charter Oak Pass provides access to the State Parks and Forests and is available free to Connecticut residents, 65 years of age or older. To obtain a Charter Oak Pass by mail: Send a LEGIBLE photocopy of your current CT drivers license or other legal proof of age and residency to: DEEP Charter Oak Pass, State Parks Division, 79 Elm Street, Hartford, CT 06106-5127. General Information

  • Yearly dues $7 (beginning 1/1/2015)
  • All area senior citizens 55 years of age and older are welcome
  • Monthly Meetings are the third Tuesday of the month at 1 p.m.
  • Summer Picnic is the second Sunday of July
  • Christmas Party is the second Sunday of December
  • Bingo every Tuesday at 1 p.m.
  • Meetings and activities are held at the Louis P. Faucher Community Center
