This is a great opportunity for all Thompson residents!
For sellers, $10 will advertise your tag sale or business bargain on a map of the event, as well as provide advertising in the Shopper's Guide and Turnpike Buyer and in press releases, flyers and posters. You must register your tag sale by August 1st to be included on the map.
NEED A MORE IDEAL LOCATION? Register for a space at the Thompson Common for $10. Space will allow for two 8ft tables. If additional space is needed you may purchase another space. Participants must provide their own table. Half of the table fee will go to the Thompson Congregational Church. Deadline to register is August 5th.
For shoppers, you may purchase a map which will lead you to all the sales and bargains. Maps will be available for $2 on the day of the sale from 7:30-9:30 a.m. at the location listed below.

Per executive order, masks are required while in a public space and not able to maintain six feet distance. Out of respect for sellers and bargain hunters, masks are required. Tables on the Thompson Common will be placed 6 ft apart to allow for social distancing.
Tag sales begin at 8:00 a.m. The rain date for this event is Saturday August 15th. If the event is cancelled due to weather notifications will be on the Recreation website and facebook and Town website and facebook and WINY. A weather cancellation will be made by 4pm on Friday August 7th.
Town Wide Tag Sale
- When you purchase a spot on the Tag Sale Map for, you are automatically included on the rain date, so please plan on both dates. We are unable to offer refunds.
- Proceeds from the event will support Thompson Together's Community Activities. Thompson Together assists with Thompson Cemetery restoration, Community Day, Candidate's Night, and youth services.
