Gentle Yoga: This supportive and healing class is open to all levels, new or experienced. While the majority of the class is in the Vinyasa Flow style, we will also explore Yin Yoga and some Restorative postures. The class generally begins with sun salutations, transitioning to a series of standing postures before moving to seated poses and savasana. Students will also have the option to work with back bends and inversions. Props are provided to ensure that all students can explore poses comfortably and safely. This class is perfect for ALL levels, from beginners who are ready to explore or experienced students who need to balance with more gentle practice. Tuesday evenings Instructor: Kristen Minio
Saturday Yoga - This all-level Yoga class is an opportunity to restore your health from inside out through mindful movement & breathing techniques. The class provides you with tools for self-awareness, relaxation, strength, flexibility & balance. Proper alignment & modifications are key components of the class.
Please bring your own Yoga mat.
Masks are encouraged
Participants will be at a distance of 6 - 14 feet apart, 14 feet if you are not wearing a mask.
If you are experiencing sickness/symptom's, we ask you do not attend
Classes will be made up if cancelled due to the weather. Weather cancellations will be emailed to you on the morning of class.
