This all-level Yoga class is an opportunity to restore your health from inside out through mindful movement & breathing techniques. The class provides you with tools for self-awareness, relaxation, strength, flexibility & balance. Proper alignment & modifications are key components of the class. Participants should have their own yoga mat.
Saturday, January 16th we will offer a FREE class for those who would like to try the class out before registering for the next session. This is class is open to new participants and returning participants. Returning participants are encouraged to bring a friend!
