A monthly Senior Craft project. Senior craft classes are held monthly on Tuesdays from 10:00 - 11:30am. This class is open to residents and non residents age 55 +. Crafts are usually holiday or season themed.Craft Classes are held at Thompson Public Library - Community Room .Monthly classes are offered at a reduced cost to residents and non - residents. The fee is non refundable.Thompson Residents: $8Non-Residents: $10 Note: Participants will need their own scissors and glue gun!!See  Below for Craft Details!

Erin Spillane-Darcy is a Certified Chair Yoga Instructor. She has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching Chair Yoga for over 2 years. Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that’s done while seated or using the chair for balance.  It is perfect for all ages , and is a great way to relax from head to toe without the stress of leaving your chair.   It may help people with certain health conditions, such as arthritis, to exercise without putting pressure on joints.6 Week Session Begins Wednesday, December 6th10:30AM-11:15AM at the Thompson Community Center Room #2

This all-level Yoga class is an opportunity to restore your health from inside out through mindful movement & breathing techniques.  The class provides you with tools for self-awareness, relaxation, strength, flexibility & balance.  Proper alignment & modifications are key components of the class.  Participants should have their own yoga mat. Instructor: Dawn Fennessy
